If you’re looking for something fun to do with your loved ones this Christmas season, here are some great Indianapolis holiday events to turn into new traditions for your family!
Jolly Days: This event at the Indianapolis Children’s Museum lasts until January 8th and features a number of sights and displays in addition to an ice skating ring, an ice fishing area, and a holiday train.
Christmas at the Zoo: Enjoy Christmas by seeing all kinds of fun and exotic animals while also taking in all the beautiful light displays the zoo has up for the holiday season. The Beacon of Hope is notable among them, 150 feet above the orangutans.
Conner Prairie by Candlelight: Conner Prairie is a historical reenactment town set in the 1830s, and what better way to celebrate Christmas? Special events let you interact with the characters as they prepare for Christmas—and then celebrate with them!
Lights at the Brickyard: Running until December 31st at the Indianapolis Motor Speedway, this attraction features 400 light displays across 40 different scenes and 1.7 miles. You can even cross the famous yard of bricks.
