When Labor Day weekend rolls around, you might want to try something outside the usual barbecue or family get-together. Head out to the Indianapolis LaborFest for a fun-filled day of music and more.
On September 2nd, make your way to Georgia Street in downtown Indianapolis for the time of your life. What will you find at this festival? Nearly everything! Every year, the Central Indiana AFL-CIO and iHeart Media pair up to throw this giant party.
The LaborFest is full of fun. It starts off with tons of amazing live music. Bands from near and far come out to the LaborFest stage, so you can jam out all day. Plus, there’s fun for the kids and adults with attractions like a big slide and a zip line. Whether you want your face painted or you want to enjoy local beer, you will truly find it all at LaborFest.
The best part about Indy LaborFest? Admission is completely free! How can you say no to “free”?
Last year, over 20,000 people attended. So don’t miss out! You can catch the festival from 11 a.m. to 6 p.m. on September 2nd, so that’s plenty of time to fit all of these fun activities in.
Here are Terry Lee Honda, we are excited to see LaborFest rolling into town and we hope to see you there!
